FAQs + Shipping


 This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately some of our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Since we are a company based out of the US - packages will usually arrive much faster since we have specific agreements with our vendors for the US. This means your item will usually arrive within 2-4 if you are ordering in the US.

We also offer shipping to other countries however, International shipping may vary tremendously based on customs rules & regulations for each country and the speed of the particular government's postal service. This means, deliveries may be anywhere from 4 weeks to 16 weeks. On most occasions, packages will arrive within 4-6 weeks, however, if it is taking longer than that - please contact your post office or customs office. You may have to pick up your package if there are any delivery issues. We are not responsible for contacting your respective countries postal services as we do not have any particular contracts or agreements with them. 

  • Where is your company located and what currency do you use?
    • We are located in the United States of America with all prices being in US dollars.
  • How much is shipping?
    • We have store wide FREE shipping. However, for our Free + Shipping promotions, it depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Also shipping is INSURED to make sure it goes where it's supposed to :)
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered and where you're ordering from. Most items will arrive in about 2-4 weeks in the US. However, since International shipping is extremely variable depending on the country, it may take anywhere from 4-16 weeks. You will receive an email notification within 4-10 days once your product as been shipped. On rare occasions, there may be delays on your orders depending on customs clearance and other unforeseeable factors. For International Orders - If You Do Not Receive Item Within 4-6 Weeks, Please Contact Your Local Courier or Customs Office To Check On Your Order. If For Some Reason It Cannot Be Delivered To Your Address On File - You Will Have To Pick It Up Yourself. There Are Different Regulations In Each Country.   • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Please email us if you would like your tracking number. Unfortunately, packages in some countries cannot be tracked once it leaves the country of origin. However, shipping is ensured so if it is lost or misplaced, it will be resent again with no charge.
          • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
            • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
          • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
            • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
          • Are the "FREE" items really free?
            • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
          • What is your refund policy?
            • We offer a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee- which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order. Please see our refund policy for more details! We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
          • I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?
            • Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
